In the event a problem arises with your equipment that can not be resolved via the telephone or the web by our technical staff and the unit must be sent in for repair, there are a few steps   you should take.

First, keep all small parts. If you are sending in a film processor, keep the power cord, spin bar, flush plug and the black door.

Second, download, fill out and return with the unit the "Return Document" above. The document is in a "PDF" format which requires you to have the "Adobe Reader" installed on your computer. If you do not, you will find the link on our customer support page.

Third, always insure your unit when shipping it.
